As a member of the Customer Experience Team you will play a vital role in helping execute the Malouf Vision: Malouf will be the leader in happy and well-rested customers, be known as the most fulfilling place to contribute, grow and unite our partners against human trafficking. Hours: Full Time, M-F, some weekends 

Wage: DOE 

Duties include, but are not limited to: 

  • Answering phones and assisting customers with inquiries and orders 
  • Respond to email and chat inquiries 
  • Process returns and issue credit 
  • Process warranty claims 
  • Troubleshooting technical product 
  • Other miscellaneous duties as assigned 
  • Occasional travel 

Qualified candidates will possess the following: 

  • Must be friendly and enjoy talking to customers through multiple means of communication 
  • Ability to put the customer first 
  • Ability to work efficiently in a time-sensitive environment 
  • Willing to put in overtime when needed 
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team is essential 
  • Ability to handle stress in a positive manner 
  • Ability to lift 20-30 lbs. boxes 
  • Ability to explain technical product in an easy to understand way 
  • Spatial Visualization – the ability to mentally manipulate 3D objects 
  • Mechanical Comprehension 

Experience in customer service, answering phones, and email correspondence. The ability to speak Spanish is also preferred but not required. This is a full-time position, M-F with some weekends, Pay DOE
